Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding exporters and manufacturers onto the Alibaba GGS platform. You will act as a consultant, helping businesses understand the value of global visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to manufacturing hubs and SME clusters.
- Educate business owners on export opportunities through Alibaba.com.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Direct Sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or JustDial.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Role Overview: Lead a high-performance team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and closing high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional sales plans and manage team pipelines.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Accompany team members on high-value client meetings to ensure closures.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales / E-commerce sales.
- Proven track record of managing a sales team and hitting targets.
- Deep understanding of the export industry and B2B marketplaces.
Role Overview: Take ownership of the entire region's performance. Focus on Core Management, strategic market penetration, and ensuring Dyneton's status as the leading partner in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-city sales operations and regional P&L.
- Develop long-term strategies for market growth and competitor analysis.
- Liaise with the national leadership team for resource allocation and expansion.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in B2B/SaaS Sales.
- Strong network within the manufacturing and SME sectors.
- Exceptional leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.
